New Policy for Groups with Fewer Than Five Employees

We want to let you know that in the week of January 7th, 2008, ODS will be implementing a new policy for quoting medical on employer groups with fewer than five employees.

You will still utilize Speed-e-Rates to generate a quote request. However, rates will be suppressed until we receive and approve any one of the following documents.

These documents may be submitted via e-mail, fax or mail.

Once your group submission is approved to receive rates, the quote will be activated in your Speed-e-Rates account and then you will be notified via e-mail.

More detailed instructions will be provided on Speed-e-Rates. As you work through your future quotes and you have questions, please feel free to contact your Marketing Representative.
